Lost or Broken Equipment
Step 1
All equipment which get's lost or broken must be accounted for
Step 2
As soon as the night is done, place a message in the head coaches chat about the equipment
Step 3
Use the following template for your message:

Date:
Venue:
Equipment lost/broken:
Step 4
You may then need to go and complete a request equipment form if you are short on your site.
